The name joeboy isn’t all that new to the Nigerian music scene. the young bright emerging talent was a varsity superstar back at the university of lagos where he made alot of covers for various hits.
The was eventually discovered by Mr eazi (@mreazi) when he did a cover of the famous “shape of you” by ed sheeran. Eazi went on to announce joeboy as the first recipient of his SOUND FOUNDATION an initiative under banku music.
