Aristokrat Records rapper, Pucado, hit the limelight following the release of his X-rated “Ukwu Nka” video, in 2013.

The raunchy video which set tongues wagging had video vixens twerking in their ‘birthday suits’, making it the first video of its kind, in Nigeria.

In an exclusive interview with Channels Television, Pucado talked about the video, his career and the price he has had to pay for music and fame.

“I wouldn’t lie. I wanted the video to be raunchy because I wanted something that will be captivating. I don’t want something you’ll watch and you say “cool”. I wanted something you must talk about.”

The video was shot by Clarence Peters, and “we decided to go a little bit extreme just to make sure that we do something that has not been done before and that was where the idea of the ladies going stark Nak3d came in”.

Although the video raised many eyebrows, Pucado insisted that it was done creatively, “to show the beauty of an African woman”.

Pucado, who set to take the entertainment industry by storm, told EN that Pucado is not just a music brand but a lifestyle brand. According to him, 85 percent of his songs and videos reflect his personality.

“I actually like girls that twerk, a whole lot… so if I’m going to the club, I’m coming with the club with like 10 babes… that’s the beauty about my brand,” he said.

Despite his rise in music, he has suffered set-backs on the home front.

“While I was trying to do music, I had serious problems with my family. They didn’t want me to do music, so I left and ever since I’ve not been back,” Pucado revealed.
